Lego Obi Wan Kenobi cake

I made Caleb a cake for his birthday party.

I posted this on facebook already, so you may have seen it.

Before I made it, I mentioned that I was going to go jedi on a cake and try to make lego Obi Wan Kenobi.

There were a couple "May the force be with you" comments, but my friend Jeff quoted Yoda. "Do or do not. There is no try."
Be amazed. Be very amazed.

Heehee! Shawn has been talking about taking the kids to Huntsville to see the Space Center.
I keep telling him that if we go to Huntsville, I want to meet your family.

Can you tell me how you made the 'hands' on your Obi Wan Kenobi lego cake? I'm making a Luke Jedi lego cake today, and that's the only part I'm unsure about how to make. Thanks!

Sure, Holly! I used pre-packaged modeling chocolate (from walmart) and dyed it black. Then I shaped it and attached it with toothpicks.

And Holly, I'd love to see pictures, so if you post them online, please leave me a link in my comments. Thanks, and good luck!
