I don't remember doing that...

You know those times when you go to the washing machine to put in a load of laundry only to find a smelly bundle of semi-wet clothes already there? You think to yourself, "I don't remember putting those in the washer... I wonder how long they've been there..."
You do know those times, right?
Please tell me I'm not the only one who does this.
I should invest in stock of the laundry detergent company for how many loads I have to re-wash. I get distracted after a load or two. I have the greatest intentions if never going to bed with the washing machine full, but I forget when I'm just so thankful to be going to bed at all.

:) Did that this week, had to rewash after about 3 days! I thought I had already washed dried and put away. oh, well. It's done now and the last load is in the dryer- I made sure of it.

OH yea, I've done it!!

I do lots of things I don't remember.

Sometimes I'm driving along...I know where I'm going, but when I get there I think, I don't remember passing such and such. But I had to have b/c it's the only way I go. My mind wanders when I drive...unless I'm yelling at the kids! ha

I LOATHE LAUNDRY! I have learned that if you just run it through the rinse cycle again, that works pretty well. Now if they've been in there like a week or so then you may want to rewash. (I can't see that happening though.) Rinsing saves detergent. Then just throw and new stiff bounty in the dryer and nobody'll ever know. I say that because I reuse my dryer sheets. I don't know, I may be the only one who does. I'm frugal that way.

Yep, been there done that. I've got a new system that seems to be working for me now. I put a load in when I'm getting ready in the morning and I dry it when I get home in the evening.

So far, so good.
